We are invited

The last months I encounter (not only in myself but with many of my clients too) that the universal energy is expanding its consciousness rapidly.
It’s enlarging quickly and uses more and more force. The light of this consciousness falls onto the darkness and reaches inward, into what till now was hidden or unseen. This expansion is noticeable and affecting the individual as well as the community as a whole.
The 'spiritual' invitations or challenges offered seem to focus on questions like: ‘do you live according to your beliefs’ and ‘do you do what you say’.
To answer those questions we are asked to look into our heart, soul and mind.
We are asked to check if our heart and mind work together as one or if we listen to one of them only. We are invited trough tests if we can stay with our beliefs or if we need to do some adjustments.
We are invited when we deviate into the darkness of fear, hatred, anger, greed etc. to recognise where we are. We are invited too not to stay there but to find the way to the unity of heart and mind.
There is another important invite going on as well; more and more we are asked ‘to work together in freedom’.
I believe these are not questions that can be answered by pressure or force but should come from the willingness to self-contemplate; to have a closer look at ones own motives. I do think though these questions will continue individually and world-wide, till they are answered satisfactorily.

Which state you do prefer and which one do you choose?

Worldwide there has been a process going on to do with our system of life. Old rests of discordant energies were removed and new balances were established. For some souls this process felt like energy was torn from them creating thoughts like being left out which activated  fear. Some chose to hold on to this fear and they became ( even more) rigid in their thoughts, feelings and  attitude.
Others acknowledged this change. They activated togetherness and are joined in effort. They chose a fresh start and are busy creating new patterns of thought, feelings and behaviour.

But this process was (and for some still is) going on in our individual lives too. Many of us experienced forms of separation not only in our selves but in our outer world too. We had to let go of lovers, families, family-members, jobs, homes or countries. Some of us reacted rigidly and forms of un-healthiness and un-humanness appeared.
And many of us had to re-group to start afresh. We had to take ourselves by the hand and re-kindle our energy in order to move forward. We acknowledged our emotions and understood that the separation brought us new possibilities and opportunities, creating a new balance.

And you reader, are you one of us? Where do you stand? Were you able to create a renewed balance in your life or do you need some assistance?

Do I cure or do I heal?

Someone asked me ‘can you cure me? ” and I answered; no, I heal.
And I continued; “to cure is to erase symptoms. A symptom is a sign or an indication of disorder, especially when experienced as a change from normal function, sensation, or appearance.
I look for the reason behind this symptom.
Healing is the creation of positive change. My way of healing activates consciousness not of the mind only but as well of the soul, both having their effect on the consciousness of the body. It activates the neutralization of your discordant or negative energy too.
Healing helps you to realize and activate your abilities like your power, strength and worthiness thus creating the opportunities for positive change.
Even if you believe medicine only can cure your symptoms, you first need to be aware of the symptom and of the fact that you have a choice to do something about it. When aware you need to activate action etc. etc.
Because once the reason is found and you can start your cure, the symptom does not need to signal you again. In other words my healing work assist you to cure yourself”.

What is spirituality?

Spirituality is the concept of an ultimate or an alleged immaterial reality; an inner path enabling a person to discover the essence of his/her being; or the "deepest values and meanings by which people live.
 Author: Wikipedia.

Many people express spirituality in different ways.
For some, it's about participating in organized religion: going to church, synagogue, a mosque, etc.
For others, it's more personal. Some people get in touch with their spirituality through quiet reflection, private prayer, yoga, meditation and others through movement like dance or walks.

To me spirituality has many forms and I find it in life, through love, awareness and contemplation.
I find it in all forms of life, in the world, in nature, in the universe.
I find it in written words, through words spoken, in dreams and visions, in actions and reactions.
I find it in the way I think, feel, in what I sense, see, create and do.

Spirituality too is about questions and answers. Questions we ask ourselves like "what is my intention? When I think, feel or do this,  do I or will I harm myself?  Do I harm others? Will I still be able to look myself in the eyes?  What do I see when I look at others? What is the message? "
Asking  these questions (and others) and through their answers we discover and broaden our horizon.
We can learn and develop.
Here we should be alert as we have the tendency  that once we believe in something, we’ll try to explain away anything that conflicts with it  (our cognitive dissonance).
We are individuals and the way we express our spirituality can differ.
But when individuals are willing they can join hands.
To me that too is a form of spirituality.
What is spirituality to you?
