Do I cure or do I heal?

Someone asked me ‘can you cure me? ” and I answered; no, I heal.
And I continued; “to cure is to erase symptoms. A symptom is a sign or an indication of disorder, especially when experienced as a change from normal function, sensation, or appearance.
I look for the reason behind this symptom.
Healing is the creation of positive change. My way of healing activates consciousness not of the mind only but as well of the soul, both having their effect on the consciousness of the body. It activates the neutralization of your discordant or negative energy too.
Healing helps you to realize and activate your abilities like your power, strength and worthiness thus creating the opportunities for positive change.
Even if you believe medicine only can cure your symptoms, you first need to be aware of the symptom and of the fact that you have a choice to do something about it. When aware you need to activate action etc. etc.
Because once the reason is found and you can start your cure, the symptom does not need to signal you again. In other words my healing work assist you to cure yourself”.

What is spirituality?

Spirituality is the concept of an ultimate or an alleged immaterial reality; an inner path enabling a person to discover the essence of his/her being; or the "deepest values and meanings by which people live.
 Author: Wikipedia.

Many people express spirituality in different ways.
For some, it's about participating in organized religion: going to church, synagogue, a mosque, etc.
For others, it's more personal. Some people get in touch with their spirituality through quiet reflection, private prayer, yoga, meditation and others through movement like dance or walks.

To me spirituality has many forms and I find it in life, through love, awareness and contemplation.
I find it in all forms of life, in the world, in nature, in the universe.
I find it in written words, through words spoken, in dreams and visions, in actions and reactions.
I find it in the way I think, feel, in what I sense, see, create and do.

Spirituality too is about questions and answers. Questions we ask ourselves like "what is my intention? When I think, feel or do this,  do I or will I harm myself?  Do I harm others? Will I still be able to look myself in the eyes?  What do I see when I look at others? What is the message? "
Asking  these questions (and others) and through their answers we discover and broaden our horizon.
We can learn and develop.
Here we should be alert as we have the tendency  that once we believe in something, we’ll try to explain away anything that conflicts with it  (our cognitive dissonance).
We are individuals and the way we express our spirituality can differ.
But when individuals are willing they can join hands.
To me that too is a form of spirituality.
What is spirituality to you?
