To change a habit is difficult to do. Then again it can be simple.
All what we do starts through a thought, through an emotional or bodily feeling.
That thought, that feeling holds our attention, it holds our focus. It holds us.
This hold is part of our reality and we can even believe it’s our truth.
This hold can activate, it can slow us down or keep us imprisoned.
Luckily for us there is life J
Life offers us daily possibilities for change. It brings us all kinds of situations.
Life invites us to deal with those situations and gives us a choice how to.
We can hold on to the automatic and think there is no change needed.
We can think change cannot be.
We can decide to accept the situation as it is and we can decide not to.
One thing though is sure; it is up to you and me. The change is up to us!
